MY ASSESSMENT SCORE:

28 May 2012:

Today, Mr. Hary announced our manual blog score and practical assessment score. For the manual blog score, i got 8/8. For the practical assessment, i got 8/10.

Instrument CLass:

Today Tata and I wanted to redo so Mr.Hery allow us to redo. My final practical assessment score is 9/10. :D

24 May 2012:

Today is our assessment and we had to play our song infront of the class.

Today we practice our song and perform it in front of the class. Were suppose to each have a turn but there wasn't enough time.

Today we practice our song and we played it in front of the class. I need to practice to play without using the pedal.

Today we got our score for our written test, i got a 7. We also practice notes and sing it by the whole class. ( C, D, E, F, G, A, B)

Instrument Class:

Today we had to practice our song because the assessment day is in 10 days. I need to work on my tempo and the speed so it wouldn't be too fast.

10 May 2012

Today we review about triads and inversions. after that, we chose 2 people from our instrument group to perform infront.

Instrument Class:

Today we practice the song with no piano sheet. Next time, i have to practice to slow down the speed and tempo.

7 May 2012:

Today we review about scales and we chose two people from our instrument group to perform infront again.

Today we practiced our song and I need to practice on playing it more loudly and i need to fix some of my mistakes.

THE ASSESSMENT:

4 May 2012:

Today we had a quiz about Johann Sebastian Bach because Mr. Hary said it could improve our essay assessment score. Also, the two of us from our instrument group needed to perform infront.

Instrument Class:

Today i played the song and memorized it but i can't play it well yet. I need to practice on both hands starting now on.

THE ASSESSMENT

30 April 2012:

Today we are allowed to do our essay assessment again because most of us most likely failed or didn't finish the assessment.

Instrument Class:

Today i changed the song i chose but i think i was able to play 16 bars already of the new song. I need to improve on playing the song so i could play it better. :)

ESSAY ABOUT BAROQUE MUSIC:

26 April 2012:

Today was our essay about Baroque music and i didn't think I did great because most of the questions, i don't know how to answer them. :p

REDO-ing THE SONG: SANTA LUCIA:

23 April 2012:

Today Mr. Hary was absent. :( so Mr. Sadrakh came to substitute him. He told us that some of us still have to redo the song SANTA LUCIA.

Instrument Class:

Today we have to practice the song we chose last week. I need to improve on many parts because I haven't read the notes of the song yet.

MUSIC ASSESSMENTS:

19 April 2012:

Today we watched the ones who wanted to redo and challenge the song Santa Lucia. We had a lot of fun on the challenge. :D

Instrument Class:

 Today we were given our piano sheets and we should play between Gavotte, Prelude, or Minuet. I chose Minuet and I have to start practicing. I only was able to play 8 bars so next week I'll try to play 16 bars. :)

Today we got the assessments due dates and we practice the song Santa Lucia. We were told to sing it in front with a partner.

Today we were told that we have another assessment which is to make an essay regarding our Baroque booklet. After that we learn a new song which is SANTA LUCIA. it's italian. :D
